Project Manager – Global Business Transformation Project
Here at CXC Global we are seeking an experienced Business and Transformation Project Manager, with proven experience of delivering technology transformation projects.
ROLE: Project Manager – Global Business Transformation Project
DURATION: Initially offered on a 12 month FTC basis but is likely to extend an additional 12 months.
LOCATION: Remote based with some travel to London for team meetings. Some international travel will be required [Planned travel 1-2 times per year, most likely ASIA and within EMEA when required].
We are currently seeking an experienced Business and Transformation Project Manager, with proven experience of delivering technology transformation projects. As a business we are transitioning our organization globally onto a single technology platform and the successful person will be responsible for managing the end to end roll out of this project.
The ideal candidate will come with experience of delivering technology transformation projects, which have been focused on implementing HRIS, Workforce Management or knowledge of similar Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
• Demonstrable experience of managing Business Transformation and Technology projects.
• Strong understanding of Project Management Principals / Best Practices and Agile (e.g., Prince II, PMBOK) and Project Methodology (Prince2 in place or PMBOK). Change Management experience is highly desirable.
• Experience with supporting both purchased and in-house developed hardware and software applications (e.g. Salesforce).
• Experience creating Business Requirements, Project Plans, Project Schedules and associated project materials.
• MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook).
• Collaboration Tool desirable [Monday.com, InVision].
• Experience in Salesforce desirable.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Accurately allocate and forecast resources across projects and other activities and project group resource for individual projects.
• With the support and guidance of the Global Systems Steering committee
manage, oversee and coordinate all projects under the Global Systems umbrella from concept through to full implementation and warranty period.
• Ensure all projects/work packages are managed under the agreed governance and documents mandated by the Leadership team.
• Interface with the Software Vendors and internal CXC business areas at the
leadership level, managing project group expectations.
• Deliver project meetings in accordance with the agreed internal project communication plan.
• Manage the project group to ensure the risks, actions, issues, and key decisions are highlighted, documented and completed where applicable within the agreed robust governance framework.
• Ongoing review of respective projects to ensure best practice and continuous improvement is delivered throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure that Software Vendors and internal CXC business area requirements and analysis workshops are completed to define business, process, functional, technology requirements and data gathering and analysis needs.
• Support the Professional Services Director to manage, oversee and coordinate projects from concept through to full implementation and warranty period.
• Act as the project lead, taking ownership of allocated projects and work packages with requirements that range from complex to relatively straightforward.
• Manage all work streams and projects in accordance with set project methodology and governance, in a structured fashion ensuring all documents, tools and templates are accurately maintained at all times.
• Manage the change management strategy for respective projects.
• Ongoing review of respective projects to ensure best practice and continuous improvement is delivered throughout the project lifecycle.
